365 Challenge is the app that turns your motivation into a habit. Take on a fitness challenge every day, log your reps, and watch your progress climb — on your own or with your crew.

What 365 Challenge is

The idea is simple: you pick an exercise (push-ups, squats, pull-ups, plank… or your own), a duration and a pace, then you stick with it day after day. Every logged session feeds your streak, your stats and your progress.

You can go solo or join a group to take on your friends. Seeing who's done their reps today is often the little nudge that makes all the difference — nobody slacks off.

No imposed program, no mandatory equipment: just your challenge, your pace, and the satisfaction of ticking off one more day.

We believe progress comes from consistency, not one-off intensity. One more rep today, then tomorrow, then the day after: that's how you get better, one day at a time.

365 Challenge exists to make that consistency simple, motivating and a little addictive — so that training becomes a reflex, not a chore.

Who I am

Hi, I'm Alexis. I built 365 Challenge because I wanted a simple way to train every day without overthinking it, and to stay motivated over the long run. What I'm passionate about is daily progression: those small, repeated efforts that, stacked together, end up changing everything. I built the app I wanted to use myself, and I keep improving it based on your feedback.
